HOW WE USE AND COLLECT INFORMATION
Our websites are intended to provide information and services to fantasy sports enthusiasts in a user-friendly and entertaining manner. In order to better serve our members, we gather some information from visitors by way of “cookies”. We use customer contact information from this registration form to send the user information about our company. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services. The customer's contact information is also used to contact the visitor when necessary for customer service reasons. Users may opt out of receiving future mailings by contacting FSG Entertainment, Inc. at unsubscribe@fsgentertainment.com and requesting to be added to the “unsubscribe” list. Unique identifiers, such as ID and passwords, are collected to verify the user's identity and for use as account numbers in our record system.

CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13
Our website is intended for those members over the age of 18. Accordingly we do not currently collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. Children of any age should always ask a parent for permission before sending personal information to anyone over the Internet.
If in the future, FSG Entertainment, Inc. collects personally identifiable information from children, it will do so in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (is U.S.C. 6501 et seq.)

FSG Entertainment, Inc. maintains practices and procedures designed to ensure the security, integrity and confidentiality of personal information collection throughout the website. Access to this information is limited to those employees and business associates in need of this information to carry out their business functions. FSG Entertainment, Inc.’s employees are informed of the necessity of safeguarding personal information and preventing unauthorized access, disclosure, and use. FSG Entertainment, Inc. uses secure server software (“SSL”) that encrypts credit card information (including your name and address) submitted to our website. This encryption protects this information during transmission over the Internet so that it is not visible.
